Abstract | ||
Due to the fact that burnout is one of the most important psychological phenomena that are related to the teaching profession and attitudes that are exposed teachers sometimes that do not have the ways and methods that enable them to deal with these situations or unable to cope with the problems that hinder the achievement of the objectives of their work and thus become vulnerable to the effects of negative pressing attitudes , In addition, some teachers have personality traits make them more susceptible to psychological pressure and are more affected by them unlike the people who do not care about the pressure generated by situations in which they are exposed, so the importance of the research is to study this phenomenon and try to highlight them and see their relationship in ways that confront problems which they are exposed, as well as try to identify the relationship with some personality traits in order to reach results that may contribute to the improvement of mental conditions for teachers. The research aims to: 1. Identify burnout and all of the personality traits (control, take responsibility, and emotional balance, and sociality), and the problems coping styles of physical education teachers in Baghdad. 2. Identify the relationship of burnout with some personality traits (control, take responsibility, and emotional balance, and sociality) to the physical education teachers in Baghdad. 2. Identify the relationship of burnout o the problems coping styles physical education teachers in Baghdad. it's been used and applied the measure of burnout and the measure of personality profile and the measure of on the problems coping stylesf of (145) teachers in physical education. The study has reached a set of recommendations: 1. There is a significant negative correlation of burnout with control feature, which is one of the personality traits of physical education teachers. 2. There is a significant negative correlation of burnout with emotional balance, which is one of the personality traits of physical education teachers. 3. There is a significant negative correlation of burnout with social trait which is one of the personality traits of physical education teachers. 4. There is a significant negative correlation of burnout with the strategy of confrontation which it is one of the strategy the problems coping styles of physical education teachers. 5. There is a significant negative correlation of burnout with the strategy of seeking help which it is one of the strategy of the problems coping styles physical education teachers. 6. There is a significant negative correlation of burnout with strategy of negative, which it is one of the strategy the problems coping styles of physical education teachers. Also been developed following recommendations: 1. Emphasize the importance of burnout for of physical education teachers because of its importance in the relationship between personality traits of the teacher and the ways the problems coping styles. 2. Emphasis on doing similar studies on the relationship between burnout and other measures are not taken up the present study. 3. Emphasis doing similar study on physical education female teachers at all levels that have not been taken in the present study. 4.Eestablishing a training and developing courses for physical education teachers include clarifying the importance of and how to overcome the burnout during their work in schools. | ||
