Abstract | ||
(Abstract Research) Al Himmā: A place of pasture (grass) protected from the people in order to graze by their animals. There are two kinds of Al-Himmā in terms of ownership own: immovable property, and short dated property. And in term of essence of the owner is three parts: (1) general Himmā which was before Islam belong to a tribe or many tribes or temples. (2) special Himmā which was for the leaders of the tribes before Islam, and changed in Islam to al-quatāic for some Muslims. The prophet was the first who feverished the Himmā in Islam and the rightly guided Caliphs followed him. This Himmā was for the sake of Muslims. The Himmā which was socialistic in term of property divided in two parts; The Murūj and Ujum. The Murūj is the graze for the people of the city of village while the Ujum is not available for anybody without any admission from their owners. | ||
