| Abstract | ||
| Allah imposed on his beings to work according to correct prophetic Tradition, when the prophetic Tradition is correct , the beings must work according to it. It is not allowed to avoid it unless obstacle had been like secret cause or more correct opposite Tradition or collecting of scientists for avoid it e.t.c . Imam al-Tarmathy was the high level of scientists to explain the using of the Tradition in his book after the ruling about the Tradition ( accepting or rejecting , explaining the appeared or hidden causes and explaining the support from another ways). Imam al- Tarmathy excepted two prophetic Tradition from his book and he referred that the scientists did not used them although their correct narrative chains. He did not explained why the scientists did not used them in spite of their danger in subjects ( the first one was about the collecting of the prayers and the second was about the killing of the drinkers of wine for the fourth time) . The research contained introduction , three chapters and conclusion. The research reached that the speech of al- Tarmathy about the two prophetic Tradition( the first one was about the collecting of the prayers and the second was about the killing of the drinkers of wine for the fourth time) was not conceded . imam al-Tarmathy said that because of no knowing the differences between scientists about them or he treated some of them less than discuss or the pretext of the rejecting was strong. | ||
