Abstract | ||
Abstract Most of the coaches are using in their training to develop muscle force only, without taking into consideration the importance of muscle adverse It is through the study of most of the physiological theories that suggest that the adverse action muscle should give ( 70-75 % ) of the work of the working muscle to avoid physical problems that may affect the working muscle due to the lack of attribution muscle by muscle opposite the player during training or the game . Hence the idea is to use a search exercises highlands and Reducers for their ability to develop muscle balance of the muscles working and adverse to the football players , where it can develop a new method of training can benefit instructors in the training process . The study from the youth team aimed to set up a private workout highlands and lowlands as well as to identify the impact of those exercises in muscular balance of the muscles working and adverse . The study was conducted on a sample of (10) players from the youth team Club Diyala sport through the use of the experimental method to design ABG one with pre and post tests , which uses EMG Blotooth the planning system electrical muscle distance to get to know through which the electrical activity of the muscles of the legs as well as the use of the bag statistical SPSS to get the results and interpretation the study found some of the findings , including that exercise used contributed to the positive effect of causing muscular balance between the working muscles and the opposite of the two men left and right through the clear improvement in muscle adverse as well as the improvement of the process of harmonization of substantive work through the drop coefficient of variation this is a positive indicator of the province on the joint work in the best of cases.
