| Abstract | ||
| This study was conducted to know the effect of adding Multi-strain probiotic (MSP) , Vitamin C (VC),Crushed Black Cumin Seeds (Nigella Sativa) (NSS) in broiler chicks which were exposed to a high cycle temperature (28-38-28 c˚)during on a 24hrs/day on along experimental period. Used (224) two hundred and twenty four un sexed one- day old broilers, were distributed randomly on (7) treatment groups on 32 chicks each (2 replicates x16 birds/ group). The treatments involved: T1: (negative control) Basal diet only ,T2: B.d +500mg (MSP) ,T3 : B.d + 500mg (VC) , T4 : B.d + 10g (NSS) , T5 :B.d + 500mg MSP + 500mg VC ,T6 : B.d + 500mg MSP + 10g NSS per Kg diet and T7: (positive control ) B.d without any food additives and without exposing to a heating stress under cyclic temperature (28-30 – 28) c˚ . Measurement are taken at (4,7) weeks. The results showed that (T1) were decrease significantly (p<0.05) than all treatments in live weight ,daily weight gain , feed conversion efficiency , productive index, and increased mortality rate .The result also showed that (T5,T6) were significantly better than (T2,T3,T4) in same qualities which returned to positive control values (T7). The results indicated that T5 and T3 were significantly better than the other treatments in antibody titer to (NDV) . It was concluded from this study , In general, treatments with probiotic plus antioxidant, the possibility to reversed the adverse effects produced by cyclic heat stress better than if they used their alone to the ration. | ||
