Abstract | ||
The concept of economic reform at the international level in the corridors of the capitalist system in the last fifty years. The implications of economic reform in different frameworks is one of the modern concepts which ran as invitations of the International Monetary Fund, and soon turned to the phenomenon of global economic driven systems of capitalism and international economic organizations towards the implementation and expansion of its role, especially after the successful applications of this idea in many countries of the developing world, including, For example, Egypt, Tunisia, South Korea, South Africa, under the direct supervision by the International Monetary Fund. The research hypothesis is that "The process of economic reform national required in Iraq is supposed to be part of a plan of scientific thought carefully on in accordance with the requirements of the case of the Iraqi economy and society, and to be both an integral part of a comprehensive reform extends to aspects of political, social and security ... and the other in integral part of the process and clear-cut " | ||
