| Abstract | ||
| الوراثة اللاجینیة تعنی التغیرات والأنماط المظهریة التی تظهر على الکائن دون المساس بتوالیات مواده الوراثیة DNA sequences . وقد أعطیت أکثر من تعریف ولکن کلها تصب فی هذا الاتجاه وقد سماها البعض الوراثة الجدیدة New Genetics . وبعض هذه التغیرات یمکن ان تتوارث ، فضلا عن ان اغلبها قابل للرجوع (2،1) والدراسات فی هذا المجال تشکل ما یسمى بدراسة الجینوم اللاجینی Epigenomics (3) وتعنی دراسة الجینوم المبرمج Programmed Genome . فالملاحظ ان الخلایا حقیقیة النواة تستنسخ معظم DNA المکون لجینومها ولکن ما یستعمل منه للتشفیر للبروتینات یقع بین 1-2% . وبالرغم من ان کل خلایا الکائن الحی مثل الإنسان تحوی المادة الوراثیة نفسها ، الا انها تختلف فی الشکل والوظیفة التی تؤدیها ، وتفسیر ذلک یکون بواسطة التنظیم اللاجینی Epigenetic Regulation للجینات وبمثل هذا التنظیم یحدد من الجینات وکمیة نواتجها ویتم تجاوز الجینات الأخرى ( 4) ، وهذا ما یمکن ان یفسر ان التوائم المتماثلة الحاویة على جینات متماثلة یمکن ان تظهر علیها اختلافات فی الشخصیة واختلاف فی الأعراض التی تصاب بها ( 5) . • فی السابق استعملت الوراثة اللاجینیة لوصف عملیات تمایز (Differentiation) الخلایا المتماثلة من الناحیة الوراثیة التی تؤدی الى انتاج أنسجة وأعضاء خاصة أثناء نمو الأحیاء متعددة الخلایا ( 6) ، اما فی الوقت الحاضر فهی تستعمل من قبل العاملین فی مجال علوم الحیاة لوصف التغیرات المؤثرة وربما المستورثة فی التعبیر الجینی دون مساس توالیات DNA (6) ، وهذا یعنی ان الواسمات اللاجینیة یمکن ان تعبر للأجیال القادمة نظرا لعدم محوها بالکامل فی المرحلة التی تعقب تکون البیضة المخصبة Zygote بعد اتحاد الأمشاج Gametes وهذا ما یعقد التوارث المندلی المتعارف علیه ( 1) . وفی السنوات الأخیرة ظهر حقلین من الدراسة هما • الوراثة اللاجینیة التی تعنی بدراسة Epigenome • الکیمیاء الحیویة للکروماتین Chromatin Biochemistry ان فکرة الوراثة اللاجینیة لیست بالجدیدة فهی وصفت فی عشرینات القرن المنصرم عند اکتشاف طفرات ثابتة فی ذبابة الفاکهة Drosophila melanogaster ونبات الذرة Zea mays . وهذه الظواهر أدت بشکل جاد الى ظهور کیمیاء الکروماتین بعد عدة عقود ، وبرزت بشکل کبیر فی سبعینات القرن الماضی عند اکتشاف ان المواد الوراثیة مع البروتینات الملحقة بها مثل الهستونات تنظم فی تراکیب خاصة هی الجسیمات النوویة Nucleosomes وأدت الى التعرف على العدید من البروتینات غیر الهستونیة وجزیئات أخرى تکون مسئولة عن تنظیم الترکیب الثلاثی او التوزیعی للکروماتین ومسئولة عن معالجة الکروموسومات داخل الخلایا والتی تشمل عملیات | ||
