Abstract | ||
Is placed sustainable human development of modern subjects of interest and that has gained relatively great importance in recent decades of the twentieth century, and yet to express a human face to development and economic policies . And that can be measured in any country through a range of indicators, including education indicators and the extent of the spread of knowledge and their role in building sustainable human development. The knowledge is the backbone of development and is a gateway to the levels of the progress that we all seek. Knowledge is reflected in the evolution of the economy, politics and society as a whole and to all aspects of human activity and knowledge I have played over the centuries a crucial role in the rise of nations and landing and the formulation of the present and future trends. Despite the multiplicity of tariffs and close approaches to the concept of human development, they all include the concept is to provide the basis of the best possible opportunities for the exploitation of human resources available in order to achieve a better level of well-being of individuals. Humans are the main objective of human development, they are also the primary tool to achieve this development. And it is in this sense does not mean only increase the wealth or income of the society, or even individuals, but their own advancement of cultural, social, health, educational, political and enable them to activate their participation in the community and good employment of their energies and abilities to serve themselves and their communities . As the antithesis of the weakness of human capacity development, it is more severe and more influential on all walks of life because it limits the capacity of citizens and society as a whole to better use their resources for humanitarian and material alike | ||
