| Abstract | ||
| This period of Iraqi history is considered to be a change period from planned economy into capitalist economy. The constitution shows this in articles 22,23,24,25, and 26. The Iraqi society believes in the necessity of changing to capitalism for the advantages it has. The essential point in the free economy is the smooth and unconditional flow of materials and workmanship between different economic sectors, And between local economy and regional and global economy as well. A specific mechanism must be existed for dealing processes. Iraq currencies market (ICM) is qualified to make this mechanism. The study shows the role of (ICM) is acceptable in the past period (2004-2010). Though there were obstacles, such as security affairs and unclear legal environment for the stockholders companies, the high level of the average dealing indicator of most companies in the seven sectors displayed by the research assures that the performance is acceptable. (ICM) is one of the economic transition tools to change the economy from the planned economy into market economy. This research is a trail to describe a skeleton for the market administration, and to show the dealing volume and to clarify the fluctuation in the dealings and how to assess it. | ||
