Abstract | ||
In fact, the Iranian political determined by many power centers that compete with each other and strongly interconnected through fabric and sickly , and some of these centers are being formal in nature , and it is rooted in the Constitution and legislative regimes Code, and reveals itself in the institutions of the state . As for the other centers of power , they are informal , and Taathacd associations in political or religious elite of the Iranian leaders and the legal systems of the legislation , which in turn are divided into many leaders and leaders , and in the revolutionary institutions and other security concerns. The question of the compatibility of the legislation passed by the Iranian Shura Council (parliament) in accordance with Article 71 of the Constitution , and that Att has the right to the Guardian Council and in accordance with Article (72) and authorized him in response , none of these regulations under the pretext of violating the principles and spirit of Islamic law. | ||
