| Ethiopia is the African countries, which was characterized by political instability in periods of rule of their own political , since the Second World War and until 2013 , it has passed judgment in three periods of the political systems of ownership and the military and the Republic , but those three systems were Tserbnevs tracks when doing political decision-making inside as well as the outside . Dealing with multi- ethnic and overlapping ethnic and border disputes were not out draws political decision-maker Ethiopian for tip and the interests of members of the ethnic to which he belongs , so generate political instability in Ethiopia and the instability of relations on the external level , this drew the reasons for deficiencies in the lack of a decision-maker political and over three political eras . | ||
