Abstract | ||
Abdullah bin Al-Abbas was the councelor of the nation, cousin of Ameer Al-mu'mineen Ali bin Abi Talib, and his assistant, the man of difficulties, who accompanied him in all of his actions on war and peace, in crises and easy times in Al-Medina and in Al- Kufa, in Safeen, Al- Jamal and Al- Nahrawan. He was his shadow which followed him. He was his secret which he never betrayed. He was his minister and councelor. He was the nearest person among his companions. The question is: did he ever abandon him, and disobeyed his commands, and even stole Bait almal, and fled to Al-Taif to buy Al-Jawari? Is it true that Al-Imam Ali accused him of stealing the Muslims' funds (mentioned in one of his messages in Nahjul-Balagah) which was retold by Ibn Abbas with Ameer Al- mu'mineen (peace be upon him). | ||
