Abstract | ||
A Grid is a collection of resources that are available for an application to perform tasks. Grid resources are heterogeneous, geographically distributed and belong to different administrative domains. Hence security is a major concern in a grid system, one of the most important security issue is the key distribution between entities in grid system. The proposed approach introduces grid users authentication and secure access to grid system resources by partitioning the grid users into several clusters to control on the process of distribution keys and the proposed way to generate keys is RC4 algorithm and use asymmetric keys to ensure secure distribution of keys between grid entities. | ||
