| It is included of the introduction _ importance of the research. There are group of changes which occur during the use of the muscle confusion especially when the working degree happen because the change will be occur in the muscle size. In order to reach to the muscle confusion on the performance of the bodies builder players specially the post players in AL_Diwaniyah Club; they put big care on the one fast ( the muscle confusion ) which is dealing by the supervisions whom they supervisor on the players. The researcher saw that it is necessity to use the muscle confusion principles because it is considered the basic roll in the athletic training specially in the power and affectivity at the bodies builders. The problem of the research was in the muscle confusion through it create the gab from instability or wariness of the muscle by sending strange sins feeling transfert. This typical; that is to mean not on one path according to the weight exercise, training in the endure training degree during the training unit with saving of the aim of the training during the training unit. The researcher is one of the player and trainer of this game, he saw dealing this problem because it is very important in the effect of the muscle confusion for the post player in AL_Diwaniyah Club in bodies_builder. Aim of the research is to know the effect of the muscle confusion in the performance of the bodies_builder of the post player in AL_Diwaniyah Club in 2012_2013. Hypotheses. The researcher hypotheses that there are a moral discrepancies of the muscle confusion in the performance the post player in the bodies _ builders of AL_Diwaniyah Club. The fields; the humanistic field were the players of AL_Diwaniyah Club in the bodies _ builder; post class in 2012_2013. The temporal field was from 25/11/2012 till 1/5/2013, the place field was the future hall in AL_Diwaniyah city. The stud contain the theoretical studies on the subject which may clear the importance date in this study. The curriculum of the study and the field procedures; the researcher use the equipment; means, tools that make the study to research to high level from the accuracy. The research use the investigation experiment, tests, the measurement which is use in pre_post tests beside to research fields then the researcher combined the date from the tests ben enter them in the statistic bag ( SPSS ) to show the value then analysis and discussion of them. In show, analysis, discussion of the result after enter them in the statistic tables; the researcher show analysis and discuss them according to scientific basic in the carrot carriage right side to research to result conclusion. The training program has positive effect increasing the muscle power and the physiological part of the muscles for the bodies _ builder players. The most important recommendation was the use of the muscle confusion principle beside to specially training curriculum of the bodies _ builder players specially in post class. | ||
