| The researchs ought to determine the impact of the strategic vision of properties in phases of crisis management, which has become of vital contemporary issues. The research was presented a briefing theory about the characteristics of strategic vision, and the stages of crisis management, as well as to identify the nature of the correlations and influence between the variables of research was the formulation of hypotheses main branched including Other states in the content on the existence of relationslinkthe impact of correlation between the properties of the strategic visionand the stages of crisis management. The choice fell on the General Company for Leather Industries in Baghdad province to be a field for the application of the field side of the research, the data collection; has relied on the questionnaire method as a tool head in the collection, through the distribution of the seforms to individuals working in this company.
