The sight of the most important sensory input for the growth of the motor , a child blind person born in a vacuum looks the sounds and sensations touch random without a goal , as it suffers the blind than twice the integration sense - dynamic between sensory inputs of different responses to the motor and this requires expediting the development of these inputs because of their effect large movements in determining whether the blind lead the movements big muscles or acculatry, as it should speed up the development of sensory organs and other hearing touch in order to compensate for the loss of the sense of sight , which is the main entrance to the growth of sensory motor . And for the lack of studies in the country of Iraq to the knowledge of the researcher for dexterity and motor , which is a result of the integration process sense - dynamic between sensory input various motor responses for blind children , prompting the researcher to conduct a scientific study contribute to filling even a small part of the shortfall and to highlight the importance of education kinetic as the best tactics educational childhood as providing them with the expertise of kinetic movement is working to strengthen and develop the minds and addresses Begin children and contribute to the development of large muscle and fine motor of excellence for blind children at the elementary level . and target your search : 1. identify the impact of education program in the development of motor dexterity kinetic kids ( visually impaired - full stop ) at the elementary level 2. Identify the best class of ( visually impaired - full stop ) in the development of motor dexterity It was the use of the experimental method for suitability to the nature of the research and sample consisted of 10 children, and by (5) children, visually impaired and (5 ) kids palm Tam , was the use of tests for elements of dexterity motor for blind children as a tool for research and included ( brisk walking for a distance of 13.5 m , stand on foot favorite on the balance beam 10 tha's degree maximum , walk forward (heel / comb) on the balance beam (6 steps to the degree of the maximum) , jump broad stability to the nearest cm, receiving the ball hands together from a distance of 1.5 m recorded attempts correct , touch the ruler subject to Wall in front of the student hand- favorites ( 7) attempts , put coins into an open box by hand favorites ( 24) piece (15) second , was used ( mean , standard deviation , and the mediator , and the t-test for two samples linked equal number , and test (t) for two samples Gurmertbttin equal number) as a means of statistical , and the study found the following conclusions : 1. Education Program motor with a positive impact and effective development of valuable elements of motor dexterity with the visually impaired and the full stop at the elementary level . 2. outweigh the visually impaired on the full stop at the post-test in some elements of the motor dexterity ( Streaming , broad jump , touch the ruler , put coins into the box ) . 3. equal to the level of the visually impaired and the full stop at the post-test in some elements of the motor dexterity ( balance of fixed and mobile - jump the highest , receiving the balls is 1.5 m) . | ||
