| This research aims to identify the importance and determinants of agricultural loans from the viewpoint of growers of wheat in irrigated coast right to spend Sharqat, as well as estimating the importance of finding the correlation between the importance of agricultural loans from the viewpoint of the farmers surveyed all of the following variables (age, educational attainment, number of years of agricultural work and plantings) and then identify the most important determinants that hinder access to credit and agricultural determine the size of these determinant . Included research community all irrigated wheat growers in the right coast to spend Sharqat enrolled in the Division of Agriculture Sharqat within the plan year for the Winter (2014) pulled them a random sample of 10%. Has been collecting data for research through a questionnaire specially prepared to learn about the importance and determinants of agricultural loans, which included the first part of which data relate Bozoraa wheat irrigated while ensuring the second part (10) paragraphs to measure the importance of agricultural loans and guarantees Part III (10) paragraphs to measure the size of the determinants that hinder agricultural loans, and after data classification has been used a number of statistical means the most important (Pearson correlation coefficient, and the correlation coefficient for ordinal Spearman, SMA). The results showed that the majority of respondents fall within the category of high importance where the number (60) make up the proportion of respondents ( 68.966 % ) of the respondents . The results also showed that paragraph ( agricultural loans to help farmers to adopt modern agricultural technologies ) was ranked first among the paragraphs of the importance and the weight percentage of ( 88.75 ) , and the results showed the presence of a significant correlation between the importance of agricultural loans and all of the following variables (age, academic achievement , number of years of agricultural work ) . The results also show that the problem ( the existence of interest on agricultural loans prevents the use of the majority of farmers ) was the biggest for a specific agricultural loans and based on the results the researchers recommend raising the interest rates for agricultural loans for farmers and facilitate them. | ||
