Abstract | ||
This study is the ability of finding the active way of protecting the stores of corns from infection by beetles corns Trogodermagranarium, via the test of biological effect for powders of plant leaves (Nerium oleander, Eeucalyptuscamalduenis) in concentrations 1%, 3% and 5%.This study shows that the leaves has poison effect and killing adult. The size of plant powder and concentration has a clear effect on killing rate. It was the highest rate in killing in the first larva phase 23.3 and 33.3 for Nerium oleander andEeucalyptuscamalduenisafter 212hours. Treatment at 5% concentration and size of powder C3 and with clear significant variance compared with the control group.The average of effect for Nerium oleander 34.1 % and Eeucalyptuscamalduenis26.9% with significance various with a control group which reached to 48.3%. The rate of killing the complete one was reached to 100% at the concentration 5% and at minimum of size of plant powder C1. This results referring to the ability of using the plant powder in alternative instead of chemical disinfectants. | ||
