Abstract | ||
Factorial experiment was conducted in pots to study the effects of the inoculation of Mycorrhiza funus G.mosseae,Trichoderma fungus T.harzianum ,Rhizoctonia fungus R.solani and their interaction on the growth, yield and phosphorus concentration in seeds. The results showed that the inoculated treatments of G.mosseae were significantly increased compare without inoculated treatments in plant height,number of pod, wight of pod, numbre of seed,wight of seed and phosphorus concentration in the seed part,the perecentage increased were)18, 47 ,46 ,41 ,55 ,44 (% for the six parameters respectively. Treatments of inoculated T.harzianum were significantly increased compare without inoculated treatments in plant height,number of pods, wight of pods, numbre of seeds,wight of seeds and phosphorus concentration in the seed part,the perecentage increased were (17,38 ,40, 40,45 ,25(% for the six parameters respectively. The inoculated treatments of R.solani was cause adecrease in the characters study in compare without inoculated treatments, its give inoculated treatments of R.solani(39.31cm, 10.18 pod.plant-1, 18.86 gm.plant-1, 42.78 seed.plant-1, 11.02 gm.plant-1,0.23%) while give without inoculated treatments of R.solani( 49.93cm,13.87 pod.plant-1,25.09 gm.plant-1, 58.43 seed.plant-1, 15.49 gm.plant-1, 0.37%) for the six parameters respectively. The treatments added dual G.mosseae and T.harzianum led to asignificant increase in other treatments interaction dual and added alone in plant height,number of pod, wight of pod, numbre of seed,wight of seed. The combined inoculation of G.mosseae and T.harzianum without R.solani asignificant increase in other treatments interaction and maximum concenteration in characters study, but inoculation of R.solani without inoculation of G.mosseaa and T.harzianum minimum concenteration | ||
