Abstract
Several studies have shown that high oxidative stress levels are associated with haemodialysis (HD) . Glutathione S- transferase ( GSTM1 and GSTT11) are members of the GST family of proteins , which protects cellular DNA against oxidative damage . This study tested the association of GSTM1 and GSTT1 gene polymorphism with some physiological parameters among haemodialysis patients.
