| The focus of the research revolves around the essential point that flexibility in the economic system adopted as frame work for the regulatory process of economic activities. As to the efficiency of the performance that takes place in its context administration of economic activity are crucial in raising the efficiency of the performance and moral, this is what has been seen in china's experience in this field, as it was able to achieve balance between agriculture and industry and the development of heavy industry without neglecting light in industry. Also china pursued a balance between the ownership of private and public capital, with optimal blending between socialism and market economy. And this is the equation of mixed economic system. | ||
