| Abstract | ||
| This research aims to determine the political changes that have occurred in Iraq after 2003, and the resulting developments related to the Iraqi economy as decentralization and good governance on the grounds they were the results of political change, and they have a role in the economic side . Research has discussed some of the concepts such as political changes , decentralization and good governance within the conceptual framework, also touched on the indicators of good governance and their relationship with the development ,and address the analysis and the reality of decentralization in Iraq, and the experiment of provincial councils as a results of the process of political change. The indicators of good governance in Iraq and has been analyzed and the statement of its importance in the development also clarified and some of the proposals have been codified in the back of the search in light of the findings of a researcher's conclusions . | ||
