Abstract | ||
Research seeks to introduce the concept of knowledge management strategies, with the definition the most prominent examples of such strategies, as well as identifying important application in libraries university, through the statement of its role in the development of institutions, and then develop proposals to help in the deployment and use of this kind of knowledge for the development of university libraries Iraqi, and most of the recommendations that emerged from the study: 1 - need to inform university departments of the importance of the application of knowledge management strategies and their role in the development of work in educational institutions, including the University Libraries, and the need to develop regulatory frameworks binding and specific to the application and one or more of these strategies in university libraries and follow-up project implementation of this strategy through the reports weekly or monthly issued by the library. 2 - the need to choose library management strategy commensurate with its capabilities and resources, and consistent with the policy of the university and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and to be such a policy viable and planned accurately full joints of the goals and possibilities of the application, taking into account the periodic assessments of the stages of the application . | ||
