Abstract Including that the country requires it to apply policies to switch to a market economy and cope with the trends of global institutions , so it is necessary to give the monetary authority independence in the decision- making process and the implementation of the tasks , in addition to laying the foundations of sound in the building of democratic institutions , legal and regulatory , as well as the need to coordinate the product between each of the policy monetary and fiscal policy in particular , and the economic policies in general , and activating the role of monetary tools developed, and head to the activation of the role of institutions chock the central bank. Therefore, can monetary policy to have a key role in the reform environment of the Iraqi economy in the future , through its efforts to reform the business environment and encourage investment , and activating the role of the governance of banking and its impact on performance and risk , as is the task of deepening the role of small projects within the future goals of monetary policy in the country , in addition to heading to activate the role of institutions chock of the Central Bank. Therefore, the management of the central bank will face various challenges in the future , which may weaken its role in achieving monetary stability , so the future of monetary policy and the degree of effectiveness associated trends governmental authorities and aspirations , especially since the Arab region living conditions and crises hot , which requires that such trends support for the plans and objectives of the central bank , in addition to the need to approach the government and seriously to activate the anti-money laundering law and reducing the waste of public money , and to promote the values and principles of national and state-building service institutions of the new Iraq. | ||
