Abstract | ||
Objective of this research is to determine what the difficulties suffered through the implementation of the new curriculum, and determine the difference between the type of teachers' training (old, new) and area (countryside, city) in terms of some of the difficulties experienced by the implementation of the new curriculum. In order to achieve this goal, it has been to rely on research tool, prepared by the researcher, which is an identification of difficulties applying the new curriculum, a sit used the descriptive method to verify the research hypotheses. The results confirmed the absence of significant differences between the two types of private and public school in terms of the difficulties experienced by the application of the new curriculum. As for the second hypothesis, there are differences between four Grades in terms of suffering from difficulties applying new approaches except after holistic where there is no difference between them in terms of suffering from this difficulty. From the most prominent suggestions: The results confirmed the presence of significant differences between the two types of training of the teachers in terms of the difficulties experienced by the application of the new curriculum for the benefit of the old teachers with exception of the holistic. As for the second hypothesis, there are no differences between countryside and city in terms of suffering from difficulties applying new curriculum except the intensity of curriculum where the suffering of the countryside appeared more than the city in this point. From the most prominent suggestions: • Continuity of training for both old and new teachers to keep up the new curriculum needs and provide the increasing needs of the teachers. • In the administrative point, we need to rely on Decentralization for easier work which helps to find a mechanism to solve problems related to areas according to realistic needs | ||
