Abstract | ||
Private colleges in Iraq support government colleges and play a vital role in the development of both public sectors and private sectors. Private colleges receive thousands of students every year to teach them, look after them and qualify them and enable them to occupy important positions. Graduates who work in the private sectors refresh the labor market and make it flourish. But these private colleges are in fact helpless and invalid without the experience of retired professors. Without the help of these retired professors, private colleges in Iraq will never materialize. These retired professors and experts are doing their best to make the private colleges grow and expand. They are invaluable treasures, therefore, they should not be neglected. | ||
