Abstract | ||
Abstract The aim which justifies the choice of this subject, the administrative and financial corruption, is to reveal the pitfalls and negatives that took place in the successive managements of authority. This was the main reason behind the revolutions, troubles and disturbance that took place in the society in addition to the decrease in the voluntary spread of Islam and following the sword policy instead. This is the fact that we are trying to reveal for the lack of a detailed study in the works of the Iraqi and Arab academic institutions regarding this matter directly and independently. We found some implicit indications of administrative corruption found in the state mentioned in some of the studies and books. it is dedicated for investigating the origin of the Umayyads and the reasons for the spread of Administrative and Financial Corruption phenomenon in the state. The researcher focused on its origins which is related to two families, Al-Sufiani (41-64) and Al-Marwani (64-132) A.H . The first section is also dedicated for the corruption spread within this state like the absence of religious motive, lack of loyalty to the Shar'ia and rules, employing rulers of the non Muslims and the bad morals of the employees and the rulers. The second section is dedicated for the study of the administrative changes of the state. | ||
