Abstract | ||
Research is to clarify the nature of the relationship and influence between the emotional intelligence of employees and job satisfaction, as it is emotional intelligence one of the factors influencing the individual's behavior and feelings. Job satisfaction also represents one of the main factors affecting the performance of the individual in the organization. The research indicated a problem to the existence of obvious deficiencies in the perception of respondents surveyed for the nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction. Research sample consisted a number of individuals working in a scientific supervision and evaluation in the Office of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The research sample was selected in a simple random sample and by (30) individual. The resolution adopted as a tool head of research and data collection that has been prepared on thebasis of the number of scales ready. And to introduce and analyze the research data used statistical program ready (SPSS), and highlighted the statistical tools used in the following analysis: "Alsenbh percentage of recurrence, and the arithmetic mean, and standard deviation, and coefficient of variation, and the correlation coefficient Spearman Man, the coefficient of simple linear regression." These tools were produced a number of results mostly confirmed the presence of correlation and the impact of significant correlation between emotional intelligence of employees and the level of job satisfaction. Accordingly, the researchers recommended the need to increase the interest of the organization to study a sense of intelligence to their employees and how to use them to enhance their job satisfaction. | ||
