Abstract | ||
There are significantproblems have been created as a consequence of increasing the number of families whichoccupiedpublic and private properties as a residential home with out government authorization after immigrated from one city to another because of the ethnic clanzing. To understand the immigrationphenomina that spreaded to most Iraq towns and cities including the city of kerbala. Thesedemographic changes have reflected its negative influence on the level of modernity, culture and civilization of the city. These problems have over taken the abilities of the count resolve it. The research project has been divided into two main parts; the theoretical part was divided into a general frame that includes a research problem, a resreach important,a resrech aim, a research proposal, research concept and the initiation and evolution of the Kerbala city. The main practical part was divided into a research programme, research samples. Then study results analysis were shon. The study has concluded many predictionsthat cause these phenomina such as its to confirmation of most immigrants were from the south of Iraq. These families were very poor and non-educated. Their ages were between 15 to 60 years old. American occupation to the country has reflectedits major effect through its padmanagement to the countr file by implementing manywrong decision likedismissed some of theimportant security organizations like the Army and the police. In addition, the study has suggested that some family leader is regretted to immigrate from their original plac in such way. It became almost impossible for them to go back after they were exposed to several moral, social, and political problems.Finally, the researcher has highlighted severalpoints for example constructing modern residential building for these poor people and suport them financially and educate them then redevelop their places that they use to occupied. Emphasis on implementing the original architected planning designee of the cities by inforcing law to stopa new people to reuse theseofficial building. | ||
