Abstract | ||
Abstract The researcher has tried in this study to recognize the ability to take decision for the he/she teachers of sport teachers in the directorate of education /Baghdad/ Karkh/2, the process of taking decision is considered one of the most important subjects gained attention by the researchers, learner sand administrators in the field of educational management. We depended the survey approach on a sample whose number amounted(109) he/she teachers sport teachers. And the questionnaire form was designed to include( 5) fields, each one contains several items and after distributing the questionnaire and gathering the results, the researcher has reached the following conclusions:- The scope of specifying and detecting the problem has achieved a positive results and has come in the first rank. The scope of gathering data and information has achieved positive results and this illustrated the teacher's success in his evaluating the alternatives which is a matter depending to the extent of data updating and authenticity of them. The scope of specifying the available alternatives and choosing the suitable alternative has achieved positive results thus we could find that the teacher has the ability to take decision via choosing the suitable alternative. The scope of follow-up of the desicion and evaluating it has achieved positive results and this shows that the he/she teachers have the ability to follow-up and implementing the decision. Whereas the participation scope in making decision didn't achieve good results and this shows that the he/she teachers are in need of vocational education and the awareness understanding for the students' participation in making decision | ||
