| Abstract | ||
| The study of the properties of water to the rivers of the basic things and important to clarify the state economic plan and development , so it has to be analyzed hydrological river in Iraq to achieve the economic objective , and based on what progress then choose Basin Great Zab in Iraq as part of the basin Tigris for the purpose of standing on the characteristics of the river through the analysis of quantitative and statistical dump the river where it will be analyzed characteristics of the discharge water of the river (annual , quarterly , monthly, daily) and will be the adoption of the official statistics for the purpose of analysis , which was obtained from the Ministry of Water Resources of the Kurdistan region , all in order to put this study in front of the authors of the economic plans and development of the region investment in order to achieve optimization of water resources in the basin, | ||
