Abstract | ||
This study aims to assess the reality of the work of the inspection teams in health institutions in Baghdad, the Department of Health / Rusafa . The study identified a problem in a number of questions , including: What is the role of inspection teams in evaluating the health situation in the health institutions and corrected ? In order to achieve the goal of the study and answer questions about the problem method was used ( case study ) through the use of performance indicators of data on the difference inspection , which represents the level of the actual performance of these teams in the circuit , and then analyze the correlation between the performance of the teams mentioned and the health situation in the circuit through the actual performance of the teams and the use of indicators affiliated hospitals of the department. The most important findings of the study are as follows: 1 . The visits of inspection teams a significant impact in promoting the health situation and development in the Department of Health in Baghdad / Rusafa , and it turns out that by increasing the number of reviewers in both hospitals , which reflects the quality of health services in these institutions . 2 . It turned out that the completion rates of inspection teams in Baghdad, the Department of Health / Rusafa over two years is very high , which is within the plan set by the inspection department in the same circle . The most important recommendations that came in the study are: 1 . Increase the level of coverage of Angels inspection programs, training and development courses inside or outside the country , thus contributing to the development of capacity in those inspection staffs and urged them to work with professionalism and skill. 2 . Attention to the technical aspects such as the availability of private transport wheel members of the inspection team in order to ensure the transparency and independence of action and accomplished to the fullest. 3 . Increase the number of monthly visits to health institutions all , and required each team an inspection , and included in the annual plan proposed by the department , and the Office of the Inspector General , in order to reach the reality of healthy privileged , especially since these visits have a major role in correcting deviations in the performance of those institutions . 4 . The most significant obstacles to the work of teams of inspection in the ( health department Baghdad / Alsafh ) in the lack of staffs , especially your team institutions non-governmental health that needs to Angel Medical health specialist ( such as a paramedic and assistant pharmacist and Checker and lab assistant ... ) to the large number of institutions affiliated to this group , so this should supplement the staffs competences mentioned . | ||
