Abstract | ||
The impact of the applied work programs in Organization Feeling, An analytic study in Ministry of Construction and Housing. This research deals with the evaluation of applied work programs and organizational feeling in the Ministry of Construction and Housing , and the impact of the first on the second . It applied on a sample of (149) people including general managers , heads of departments and those who are in charge of sections and units, besides the senior staff of the ministry. For the importance of the applied job in different business organizations especially for the organization which concerned in this project and for the better understanding the impact of job programs on organization feeling, this research aims to know this impact by three main hypotheses and six sub- hypotheses . the main hypothesis is that there is an impact of work programs on organizational feeling . The research depends in data collection on a questionnaire as a main tool and the researcher has done some personal interviews to explain the research areas. The questionnaire is supervised by judging consultants and uses a statistical analysis by using (SPSS) in the computer to come up with the mean, standard deviation and deviation and reach the conclusions which resulted with a number of conclusions and the most important one was the moral impact of work programs on organizational feeling. Most of the results of the research were applicable and none of them was not. The researcher offers a set of recommendations to the organization which the research is concerned with, hoping that intentioned people will take caret in order to reach their organizational goals and among these recommendations, taking care of job programs comprehensively and considering it the only way to show and diagnose the most creative employees in the organization which it feels proud of having such kind of employee against other competitive organizations in organizational feeling. | ||
