Abstract | ||
Zinc oxide thin films ZnO were prepared by spray pyrolysis method with different thickness from(247.35,342.4,437.6)nm onto glass substrate at 350◦c .The concentration is 0.3 Molary,X-ray diffraction patterns confirm the proper phase formation of the material.The optical properties of ZnO were determined through the optical transmission method using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer with wave length (300-1100)nm. The energy gap increases with the increase of thin film thickness and ranges from (3.0,3.2,3.25)eV. | ||
