| Abstract The idea of using magnets in the sports field and means of modern training based on the rules of magnetic energy, where penetrating magnetic energy skin in a specific position to absorb through the capillaries in the skin is working to stimulate the capillaries due to increased permeability of ions and stimulate blood vessel and expand and thus improve circulatory thus creating a balanced environment to help improve the performance of the functions of the body The researcher used means training magnetic represented contemporary magnetic using Dban foot to develop some special abilities and pulse rate and achievement in Air Pistol Shooting fact that sport shooting sports that rely on motor control and functional for a better level of achievement So the importance of research reflected, to identify the effect of using magnetic means consistency on some special physical abilities, and pulse rate and achievement in Air Pistol Shooting. The research problem lies training needs which is one of the most important things that drive the training activity to achieve its objectives through the stand on the weaknesses and the underlying determinants scientific to facilitate attempt at raising the efficiency of athletes through cope levels digital world in the sport of archery through the development of some physical abilities. The functional efficiency and then achievement in Air Pistol Shooting Aims of this research are to identify the effect of using magnetic means stability in some capacity, pulse rate and achievement in Air Pistol Shooting. The researcher used the experimental approach and represent the research community by students Phase II and who were selected randomly for the 2012-2013 academic season for ages (19-20) years and adult numbers 20 student been divided into to two groups (10) was an officer and (10) pilot. And means were used magnetic stability on the experimental group through three training modules in the week for four consecutive weeks time Module 1.5 - 2 hours Researcher concluded there were significant differences between the tribe and the posterior tests and for tests posteriori the research variables Researcher recommends the need to use magnetic means in various stages of training as a means of training for special physical capabilities in Shooting weapons industries in general and other sports.
