Abstract | ||
Abstrct Volley ball is considered as one of Teams Game where Phosphajene and Lactic systems prevail therein as both having grand importance in performance of Volley ball 's skills, but this does not mean to cancel the role of airy system . The researcher ascertained the negligence of trainers for the importance of this indicator as genuine evidence for assessment and evaluation regarding the functional body systems for female-players Hence, the problem of the research lies within planning of training that coul be done according to technical and administrative requirements without paying any attention to physiology indications for female-players, specifically the Non-Airy Ability prevailed in volley ball. IN the light of above, the goal of research is: -To know the Female-Players' Non-Airy Ability . The Fields of research are: Human Field: Female-players of Fatat Baghdad Club for Volleyball. Place Field: Hall of College of Education. Time Field:14-18 l4l 2013 The researcher got the following conclusions: 1-Reducing the Non-Airy Ability (Non-Oxygen –phosphagene-lactic) for Female-players of Fatat Baghdad Club Most important recommendations are as follows: 1-Reducing training burdens in accordance with scientific bases and taking functional indications such as non-airy ability into determining burdens, stern and rest lapse. 2- Confirming on trainers and on those supervising on the training process as necessary to periodically watch the non-airy ability that being considered as an active indicator to functional systems adjustment 3-Stressing on training , phosphagene ability and Lactic system that works on changing internal parts of muscles resulted from Biochemical adjustment and to increase to sustain tiredness and to create a situation of acids and bases in blood | ||
