And centered research problem in how to meet the challenges of the accession on Arab states to wto in the agricultural field, because there is a package of the challenges facing the Arab agriculture , land and environmental , water and infrastructure , investment and package technology and laws and legislation and stop government support and weak financial possibilities and Technology and administrative and information technology for the agricultural sector sector, which led to a decline in agricultural production quality and quantity , and the weakness of agricultural exports Arabic, and the inability to price competition and quality of foreign products due to high production costs and low quality on according to the technical specifications and quality of the liberalization of international trade , as well as More problematic policies dumping and support and protection and intellectual property rights and the liberalization of services and foreign direct investment , as well as the contrast between the two parties are the Arab countries, which suffer from a significant lack of inputs and outputs of agriculture, developed countries that suffer from a large surplus beam technological agriculture and a large surplus very production , which requires Arab governments to adopt a package of reforms in the agricultural sector to reap Affiliate positives and minimize the negatives .
