| The study aims to know the effect of the specific training to improving the special physical ability and record level to the tem of Alaqsa University shot put skills The researcher used the experimental method, the research sample is the tem of Alaqsa University shot put skills 3 players. The most important result was that the training program has improved the special physical ability and record level as the following, the ability is %6.87, the speed is %6.95, the Muscular strength "right" is %6,95, the Muscular strength "lift" is %7,22, the flexibility is %28.35, the power is %4,17 and finally the record level is %6,32. | ||
