Abstract | ||
Abstract : Pots experiment was conducted to study the interaction effects of isolated Azotobacter chroococcum and Trichoderma harzianum to sterilized soil. Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) was used. The experimental units were included addition of Two Azotobacter chroococcum isolates ,Two levels of Trichoderma harzianum spores mass, and two levels of (N,P,K) in addition to the control treatment replicated three time. The study showed that at all treatments with both levels of chemical fertilizer , that the addition of T.harzianum inoculum led to increase the number of A. chroococcum, registering the highest values in the third month of the growth season of barley ,where the cfu of bacteria were 12.39*106 and 11.62*106 at the two treatments F1T1A2 and F1T1A1 respectively, compared to the treatments without addition of fungi T.harzianum, and reaching to 8.66*106 and 8.73*106 at the two treatments F2T0A2 and F2T0A1 in the third month as well. The study showed also that the addition of bacterial inoculum A.chroococcum led to increase the numbers of T.harzianum which gave the highest values in the third month of the growth season of barley, where the cfu of fungi 10.99*105 and 10.63*105 at the two treatments F2T2A2 and F2T2A1 respectively, as compared with the treatments without addition of bacteria A.chroococcum and the cfu of fungi reaching to 9.79*105 in the treatment F2T2A0 during the same month. When increasing chemical fertilizer from 50% to 100% of the fertilizer recommendation led to a significant reduction of the number of bacteria A.chroococcum observed. When Also, increasing the proportion of chemical fertilizer from 50% to 100% of the fertilizer recommendation led to a significant increase in the number of fungi T.harzianum. | ||
