Abstract | ||
The aim of the study is to determine the impact of the training curriculum (training load) used in the sport of gymnastics as the concentration of each of the enzyme (LDH, CPK), as well as knowledge of the differences in the performance of these enzymes before and after the training curriculum and each device. Then determine the foundations of science that develop and codify and evaluate the training curriculum on the basis of these indicators as important as fall within the mechanical responses of the body so must be identified in detail on the laws of chemical and physiological, which occur on the basis of functional changes as it helps to understand to improve the responses of the body and control, paving the way to work out and develop and introduce the necessary amendments to ensure the development and continuous improvement in the level of achievement with the players. Has been selected sample of advanced players in the sport of gymnastics artistic men and by (5) players and the results of the study there are significant differences between the devices used and the concentration of enzyme (LDH, CPK)through the high level of concentration of these enzymes during the performance of efforts physical and later as well as appeared random differences in enzyme (CPK) on the device (the throat, jump table) and this is evidence of the impact of the training curriculum used in terms of positive and negative, through the adverse impact on functional status and thus in turn affect the health status of the player. And so embarrassed the researcher a set of conclusions and recommendations I think it necessary to raise the level of the gymnast to represent their country in international tournaments . | ||
