Abstract
AgNO3 were used as a doping agent in Poly (Vinyl Alcohol) matrices. Absorbance were observed mainly two peaks, one in the UV region and the other in the visible region which concerning only the doping films. Refractive index, extinction coefficient real and imaginary parts of dielectric constant and optical conductivity versus wavelength were plotted, it was shown that the adding of AgNO3 affect all these parameters by increasing their values
