Abstract | ||
Some bacterial isolates were used in this study to detect their ability to produce hem agglutinin .Two types of cells (human red blood cells and sheep red blood cells ) were used by using direct hemagglutination . The results appeared higher titers with both types of cells with pathogenic bacteria compared with lower titers with nonpathogenic bacteria .Mannose sensitivity bind with hemagglutination also detected and found higher titers with pathogenic bacteria compared with nonpathogenic bacteria. | ||
