Abstract | ||
A high- performance Liquid chromatography method was employed for the quantitative determination of Caffeine in several soft drinks produced in Baghdad company such as Pepsi, Pepsi diet, seven, seven diet, Miranda orange and Miranda apple .The chromatographic analysis of caffeine was carried out after their sequential elution with 50% (Acetonitrile: water) as mobile phase by reverse- phase HPLC technique C8 Column and UV detection was made at 273nm. Calculated (RSD%) values for retention time was obtained between (0.104-0.515%) and (RSD%) for Peak Area was (1.319-7.741%) . | ||
