| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to identify: - The problems facing football coaches in the northern region. - Differences in the dimensions of the problems facing football coaches in the northern region depending on experience and the degree of the club. The researchers used a descriptive approach to relevance and ature of the research, was carried out the experiment on the football coaches who represent clubs Premier and first in Almtqh North for season 2011 -2012, as a research community trainers clubs (Mosul, Sulaymaniyah, revolution, salads, Ialy, North Gas, Tuz, revolution, a bright future, Sirwan new, Pierce, Zyrevana, industry Arbil, Tal Afar, Smeal, Brosk, bully, Hendrin) and totaling 18 trainers were chosen way intentional and included measures search use scale problems for trainers and prepared by Badr Dweikat 2005, and the experiment took three days for the duration of 14-26/1/2012 scale was the distribution of the trainers. The researchers used statistical methods the following: (arithmetic mean and standard deviation and T test for independent samples and the percentage coefficient link Albest (Pearson) The researchers reached the following conclusions: - The problems faced by football coaches in the northern region in the level of (very large, large) in all areas except in the area where the level of media problems at the level of (a few) - The problems faced by coaches by the variables of experience and the degree of the club equal and similar to a large extent | ||
