| Abstract | ||
| The game of football popular sport in the world, and the required efforts and studies and research to codify training loads, and see the effectiveness of the techniques and methods of training etc. These methods of influence in the player and the game, as the implementation of training curricula concomitant changes biochemical, as well as functional changes and skill, So research problem lies in the lack of training curriculum based on scientific grounds and that rely on measuring these biochemical variables. The study aimed to prepare special exercises using network training for football players. And then to identify the impact of these exercises in some biochemical variables among football players. The researcher used the experimental approach to a sample of the applicants in the club Golan sports football, shares of (28) players have been excluded goalkeepers number (2) and players (2) of the injury, was chosen (6) players for testing reconnaissance, and then divided into two groups equal one pilot and the (12) and the other officer and the (12), has been testing tribal withdraw blood samples Bakd (5 cc), and then was applied curriculum and duration (12) week by (4) training modules in the week, use the curriculum in the setup and my way of training interval high intensity training method, frequency and the researcher used the gradient spikes pregnancy and the formation of (2:1) a week, and at the end of the period Curriculum tests were carried out a posteriori tests and in the same way as tribal. After data collection and discharged were processed statistically using statistical bag (SPSS), the researcher concluded that the curriculum using the network training has had a positive impact in the biochemical variables among football players. So researcher recommends the need for laboratory tests for variables biochemical and functional and periodically during periods of general preparation and setup to track the status of players during the exercise and the application of curriculum training, developed by the coaches to see how appropriate these approaches for the players and the extent of development that gets for devices functional, and this leads to the development side physical, and so the player will be able to perform the duties of skill and tactical entrusted to him during matches | ||
