Abstract | ||
Integration has been accepted as an important educational strategy in medical education , and its introduction to the curricula of Medical schools in Iraq , together with the Problem Based Learning PBL and Objective Structured Clinical Examination OSCE, is regarded as the pavement of the way to gain the accreditation for Iraqi Medical Colleges and to update the curriculum in such away to prepare the medical students to fulfill the requirements to provide the best health service for our patients . A total and sudden change in the curricula of the medical schools , which had been the same since their foundations , seems to be inconvenient . So a gradual integration can give the teaching staff a good idea and experience to achieve a complete shift toward the ideal program and can clarify the possible difficulties in the future implementations. | ||
