Abstract | ||
Common aerobic bacteria related with acute otitis media were isolated and identificated from 100 patients aged from 2 to 28 years in teaching Tikrit hospital/Tikrit .The total and differential count of leukocyte, level of complement proteins C3, C4 and percentage of c-reactive protein were elevated in thier serums.The results refer to the dominancy of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.And high significant(p ≤ 0.05) was observed for total leukocyte and neutrophil that ranged (6724.711 ± 731.023 , 4623.667 ± 359.44 cell. cu. mm. blood) respectively. The percentage of CRP was 100% and there was no any change in the level of complement protein C3,C4 from normal level. | ||
