The dramatic change in the picture or the concepts of corruption provokes many interested bodies to deal with it seriously, the controversy concentrated on the development of government establishments, modernization of economic polices, and protection of public capital. The main objectives of the paper are to explore the global map of corruption and its trend during the first decade of the 21st century, and identifying the economic cost especially on growth.
