| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to study the alignment between the patterns of strategic leadership in its three dimensions (vision, focus, implementation) with Proactive to the work stresses of dimensions of the six(Proactive Coping, Reflective of the coping, preventive Coping, Instrumental Support Seeking, emotional support seeking, and to avoidance Coping) through study the link and influence between the two variables and sub dimensions, as Applied research on a sample amounted to (42) military leader in organization of Defense and Interior, The questionnaire has been used as a tool for data collection, It was distributed to the Was tested through the three hypotheses was the first of the relationship of the link, and second to influence, and the third of the differences. Had been reached on a set of conclusions and the most important correlation effect between strategic leadership skills and the proactive to work stresses and therefore provided a set of recommendations. | ||
