| This study aimed to clarify the inter contradictions faced by the industry and the Iraqi economy, as well as different economic environment, the local with the global economic environment characterized by open and liberal trade, which impact negatively on the ability of the Iraqi economy to adapt to the requirements of the General Agreement on impact and the World Trade Organization, which requires the adoption of procedures and policies governmental actors to adapt to the requirements of the Iraqi economy to join the World Trade Organization binding application. | ||
